A gentle yoga practice that begins and ends with a restorative pose. Meant to calm the nervous system, center the mind, and expand flexibility. Practiced in a warm room. 1 hour.

Saturday 12:00pm — Restore

A gentle yoga practice that begins and ends with a restorative pose. Meant to calm the nervous system, center the mind, and expand flexibility. Practiced in a warm room. 1 hour.

 

Recreation Center of Highland Park

Community oriented fitness and recreation center with a variety of classes. Yoga classes are held in the Mind Body Studio with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the beautiful Nature Preserve of Highland Park.

A gentle yoga practice that begins and ends with a restorative pose. Meant to calm the nervous system, center the mind, and expand flexibility. 1 hour.
